User friendly nice size screen makes it easy to see light weight

Very easy set up. Seamless install of backup from previous laptop via Microsoft and google. (previous laptop was stolen) Great unit! Touch screen and flip screen functionality is great. Battery charge time is more than adequate. Window 11 in S mode provides for very safe browsing or can be easily converted to basic windows 11 if desired. Very Happy with purchase.

This computer is great. Plenty of storage, great for basic college classes. Touch screen comes in hands and so does the 10 key.

I really love this laptop. Because it's a very nice computer. With a nice mix of power and performance. Also oddly enough it's pretty lightweight. So you can carry it around with you. Without the worry of getting your arms tired or sore. I definitely recommend this laptop.

I wasn't sure how I would like the HP laptop b/c I had an Apple notebook previously that I loved. This HP is wonderful I really LOVE the touch screen feature!! It was just as user friendly as my old apple laptop and fun to use. HP was way cheaper too so win win for me : )

My wife bought this computer about a year ago. So far things been great. Easy fo use, good quality, and good performance. She is a teacher and this laptop easily keeps up with her work.

I am a long time Geek Squad fan - and recently I had a very bad virus jump onto my daily Dell laptop. Geek squad fixed it although after about a month there was one weird, glitch that prevented me from having full use of the my word and excel programs that I needed. I drove 1 1/2 hour to this store in ABQ, to work with Ryan in particular of the Geek Squad - only to discover this glitch problem. As an interim solution while GS repaired my primary Dell laptop, I purchased this HP touch screen on sale. All basic software that I needed was loaded -and to my surprise, I actually prefer this HP system. There is a nice big screen, the touch screen feature is nice but then the keys on the key pad are very comfortable and on the larger side. Overall good customer service and care all around today at Best Buy. Kudos to Ryan - juggling 5 customers at once with professionalism, humor, and ease. Thank you!!

I just started using this laptop. It is my first laptop and it is much faster than my old pc. I love the touch screen, it is very convenient. The set up for this laptop was pretty straight forward. I don't do any gaming on my laptop, I only use it for the conveniece of mobility.

The laptop looks and works great. I purchased the laptop for my niece for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. I needed something basic for her to stream and download videos and apps and to play video games on. This laptop did all that and more. Came with free security softyfor free as well.

Really like this touchscreen laptop it saves a whole lot of time not having to always use the mouse. Lots of great features in ease of use.
