I purchased my laptop for my business. I really love it. The natural silver color is beautiful. I love that it has a nice amount of memory. It was easy to setup. The touchscreen is nice. I just have to get used to it. The price was great.

Good laptop for high schooler light weight. Touch screen decent processor and easy to navigate

My first laptop! Runs smoothly and has no problem running simple sites. Using it for school and some simple tasks; one flaw i do have to say is that it does heat up quickly but nonetheless it works great.

I bought this laptop as a replacement for a similar laptop that had lasted me 7 years. I held off setting it up, afraid it would be difficult for me to do. However, it was so easy. Love the speed, crisp and clear visuals and lightness. Very happy with this purchase.

I have been a fan of HP products for years, and the laptop I purchased has met all of my expectations!! It's fast, was easy to sync up with other devices in the house, and was quick and easy to set up. I use it a lot every day and I couldn't be happier with it!!

Works well, easy to use. I consider this laptop to be an excellent value for it's cost. My only concern is that I can't install my Webroot Antivirus, which I've used for many years, on this computer. I'm a bit uneasy without the added protection.

I love the touchscreen even though I dont use it as much. Much faster than previous HP. Not slow at all. Bery happy with my purchase even though it does not have the ethernet port. (I didnt check before purchase, but still happy none the less)

As a first responder I needed something that could help me with training and paperwork and to have the ability to purchase this at a great price without breaking the bank really helped with what I needed. It works well and has assisted in my duties so far.

The HP 15.6" touch screen laptop has been a great purchase. It was easy to use. I didn't have to hunt for anything. Except the fingerprint option. The screen is clear, the pages upload quickly, and it came with Windows 365, so I was able to work on it immediately.

Use it for school work. Charges quickly and is light weight. Touch screen works great

This computer was a great purchase for my high schooler. She is able to research and complete assignments with ease. There is no drag or delay going from one screen to the next. Also, it is touch screen with bright radiant colors. Completely satisfied!!!

Great laptop for school work. It is big enough to see and the touchscreen is helpful when trying to zoom. The only downside is you are unable to download apps from the web or a browser. (Needed an lockdown browser for online testing) You have to turn off S mode. If you turn off S mode you are unable to update the laptop. S mode only allows app from Microsoft store and helps the computer run smoother.

First laptop for me. Am a basic user. Liked the price liked ease of use, especially liked touch screen.Grson set to home connection. Geek Squad set up laptop from old desktop.Thank you for that. Now all good. Guess I can store my 8 track player now

Everything I expected! I am very pleased. The size is perfect and very thin. The touch screen is incredibly help. Full sized keyboard and 10 I love. Perfect purchase for my school work. It was easy to set up and get started immediately.

Bought to use for 3d printer and it works great. Not a big flashy mega speed or ram laptop, but it does everything absolutely fine, no lack of speed running any programs or downloading. Touch screen at this price is a very nice feature

This laptop is the perfect work-from-home tool. It fits nicely in my home office, but it's compact enough that I can take it to work on the go (i.e. in coffee shops) when I want to be in a social setting without the need to be social. It would also work well for students and general household use. The screen is a nice size. I've also used it with an external monitor for days when I wanted to watch Netflix while working.

Wonderful product. My son needed a laptop stat because his screen crashed on his old one. He’s in college and could not go without one for any period of time. We were able to find this one at a very good price!! Works wonderfully!!

If you're wanting a simple computer, this one would be perfect! For simple tasks that need to be done at work or home. Battery is not all that great but its fast and a great light laptop for everday tasks.

It’s easy to use, the screen is clear. Easy on and off. It has the features I need, nothing more and nothing less. The price was very reasonable. It is rapid on and off, and I am not computer savvy but it has been easy for me to use. I highly recommend it.
