    It feels a bit cheap and tinny, we've had it two months and already can be a bit slow or will have to reboot because screen randomly goes black. The display isn't great. But it's ok for the price...

    I bought this laptop in November during a holiday sale. It first worked perfectly, but then started having troubles. The speaker would make a loud pop whenever I started a video. I changed the speaker settings and it has improved. Then the wifi wouldn't connect so I had to mess with the network adapter, now it works for awhile and then quits again. It crashed one time, so I had to reinstall Windows 11 and start all over again! I don't know if this laptop is refurbished, has old parts in it, or faulty workmanship. Very disappointed in this laptop.
