Great Really like this lap top that i got at best buy

Great computer for what i need. Only had for month or so.

I bought this for my college niece and she loves it.

Slow, doesn't feel very sturdy. I'm not very impressed

Screen is too small but computer is great for traveling.

the battery life is a bit short and the computer is easily overwhelmed by the software i need it to perform. other than that its a fine laptop for office tasks

I purchased this laptop in “Open Box-Excellent Condition with 1 year of geek squad protection.” While it does not have any visible damage to it, it was filled with food crumbs and dried food particles on the cover and mouse pad. I can’t rate the quality of the laptop yet because I haven’t used it, but I’m furious that I have to clean up someone else’s food mess. I expected better

Started falling apart the day I got it battery would never last more than a couple hours at most and now 3 years later it died would not recommend

Expected so much more for it to end up malfunctioning a couple months later. Keys stick and type multiple letters instead of what you typed. Unsatisfied

For the price, it does what it needs to. Not the best option out there. A bit slow and picture quality not the best.

I didn’t start the laptop for a few months and after that I tried To use it but I didn’t work anymore, definitely bad experience

It is an OK laptop for the price and does the job. It's a little heavy and clunky, keys are noisy and don't have soft touch.

Over priced,I did not shop enough $100 more would have gotten almost double the performance of this laptop from other sellers.

Not too bad choice considering the price. It works as I expected. Compared to other models, the only that I do not like about HP is the screen fonts and display.

It’s a good laptop. I just notice that it doesn’t hold a good charge very long. I’m able to do a few things then it’s time to charge.

The battery is very weak and dies quickly. I know this is an entry level laptop, but you'd expect a bit more from at least the battery.

Its an ok laptop. ther performance isn't going to blow you away but it get the job done

Not crazy about the keyboard but it works. Had to get someone to assist just to get it working right, after that no problem. Just seems like it could use some upgrades.

Horrible service. Once I received the laptop, I had to call HP Headquarter and after several attempts I end throw in the towel cuz they did not resolve my problem. Finally, after all these efforts I’m still waiting for the original electric cable that never arrived. I don’t recommend this product. Ever!

Had it for 2 months and the fan quit. Other than that it's been good for my uses. I work on it and play sims.
