    I bought this as a gift and had to return it a few days later due to replacement needed of hardware. Got another one as a replacement and had to return that one 2-3 days later due to trying to log in and it kept resetting back to back everytime I tried to log in. I gave up and just got a refund.

    Buyers Beware!!! never ever buy open box from best buy. They sell piece of trash in the name of open box. This laptop worked fine for a week and after that won't even hold any charge. Battery will die within 20 minutes.

    Very slow, and doesn’t connect to my printer properly: takes about 10 minutes before it starts printing. My printer prints perfectly fine from my other devices. I am returning this computer.

    Battery was bad and had to return. At least the return was smooth. The associate saw the issue and was shocked that the laptop was actually sold in the first place.
