    I bought this while my other (more expensive computer) was being fixed. It was decent for the price, but it is so hollow that it sounded funny every time I typed. No system issues, no overall complaints. It got the job done. :)

    Need to get used to work on HP. For some reasons , I feel that there is like a bubble on the middle of the typing key board. Probably is my personal sensation. Also, I have problems when typing O and P. Windows is also new to me and I am getting used to it

    Windows 11 sucks. It defaults to saving on one drive which is unnecessary, and unwanted. Will be an okay machine once bloatware is removed. Bought out of immediate need, would not buy again

    Not easy for me to setup . Not accepting a second user . Microsoft is involved and can’t get google chrome to open . Not too happy .

    Touchpad came jammed, sent it for repair and it came back much worse and on top of that they kept my charger and ive blown up HP support about my charger no response or replacement. Here I am almost a year later and no computer charger. Luckily i can charge it with an old computer charger of mine that i have. I can run my nail on the touchpad and the computer would highlight everything on the screen. It wouldnt be a bad computer if the touchpad wasnt so sensitive.

    For me this laptop turned out to be garbage. The trackpad and keyboard was unresponsive much of the time. I bought this for an elderly person so I usually don't buy cheap stuff. It kept freezing during the setup process. I'm going to pay more to get a decent laptop.

    Had it for over a year and it does not really work anymore and has trouble doing simple tasks, but pretty durable since i beat the crap out of it daily
