So far I’m loving my new laptop! Being a senior I was looking for simple, fast, and basic! My sales associate completely understood and demonstrated the perfect laptop!

Just as advertised, nice thin and light weight laptop that was easy to setup. I am not good with "tech" so getting a laptop that was simple to get setup with Microsoft Office and my all in one printer made me very happy. Would recommend. Only reason I gave 4 stars & not 5 is because I have only had 1 week.

Great laptop. Nice sleek design and easily accommodates programs. Set up was problem free and operation has fast speed. Battery life is long.

I am thrilled to have this laptop! I had a Chromebook I bought in 2020 I used for my first time last year and it’s not for me, respectfully. Great laptop for our needs. Easy to set up, affordable, lightweight, Windows 11, antivirus with Microsoft 365. Being Total Tech members, we get full tech support. My son’s Xmas present…

This laptop is doing everything I need, and the price was lower than any where else, specs fit my needs, light weight specially with the big screen, battery is good so far, not complaining.

Definitely what I needed! Very easy to use. I love the size. It’s big and perfect for my job and presentations. Highly recommend.

So far so good. This is my first laptop. My desk top computer is a 2008 Toshiba. Everything is easy to use. I like the keypad and touchable screens. Tutorials for all my new apps.

This hp laptop is great, works fast and smoth, no complains. I love the touch screen even if i dont use it. I bought this laptop for my business to use it with a design software and works great. Love it

Works well. Pleased with connections and the touchscreen. Although I would have preferred 16gb memory. it seems like it will be $80 more to upgrade from 8 to 16. But ... it was a good sale price, so ... it is an acceptable tradeoff - and I will eventually do desired upgrades

I like that it’s easy to use and light weight. I needed a new tablet for schoolwork and working from home and this tablet was a great investment.

Excellent laptop for home office and small business use. Fast processor in the event it is needed to be used as a DJ device. Able to open multiple browsers with extreme amounts of data without stalling.

I really like my HP! It's touch screen and the battery lasts! I can do everything I need to do for work and home. The picture and sound is good and I can store all my photos easily.

I’m extremely satisfied with this laptop. I needed something lightweight and easy to use for my business. I didn’t require a lot of power or storage. The salesperson was helpful and the process was easy.

This laptop is compact, and has a sufficient amount of storage to download and complete assignments for students or professionals. It’s practical, sleek and won’t put a huge dent in your wallet. Great purchase.

Touch screen. Fast and currently having no issues with laptop. Great for what i need it for and thats work.

Great little computer that starts fast, responsive to new applications, and has decent battery power. Been using it almost a month and have no complaints.

The charm of a computer. Fast, portable, good sound and easy typing. A beautiful laptop, except for one major drawback. I bought it with a bad battery. Charged to full. And the battery drops to 40 percent in an hour or so. After this happens, it drops to 20 percent. Then there is the warning to recharge again. To combat this, I keep it plugged in. Not really portable.
