Easy to use; very responsive; portable; light weight

This has been everything I needed and more. I wasn’t sure which one to get when I decided a touch screen because the mouse pads never want to work for me, lol. I also got a cordless mouse and this has been amazing :):) Maybe wish the battery lasted longer but that my only complaint.

Love this laptop. Long lasting battery life. Excellent speed.

Honest review. This is not a notebook or a Chromebook it is an actual PC. It is very fast. Less then 30 seconds from turn on time to login in time for me. You will need to turn off Safe Mode which you can just type in the search at the bottom on the acutal windows PC

This is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. Just recently opened up my small business and this Laptop is ideal for our accounting software. I highly recommend, its very easy to use and the touchscreen is phenomenal. Makes running programs a smooth experience. Very happy with my purchase.

I've had this computer for 4 months and it has been just what I needed for the mundane uses I put it to: email, social media, picture and document storage, zooming, and other old person stuff. (I haven't rate battery storage because I just leave it plugged in on my desk all the time.)

Very nice laptop. PRO: The touch of the keyboard is very nice and allows for quick typing. Lightweight for a 15.6” laptop and I love the stylish silver and black case. The only CON: there is no light on the num lock key - sure don’t know why that was omitted.

My four year old laptop stopped working so I started checking out the internet for a new one. I checked out Best Buy's website and founded what I was looking for. They had a nice upgrade at a reasonable price. It has a good size screen and the operating speed is excellent.

Nice pc, especially for the price. Ram is more than enough but storage could always be more. I really wish they'd make more expandable ports but thats not how its done. Overall I'm very happy with this laptop and it has survived over 6 months now. If you're looking for a cheaper option concider this type without the $100 touchscreen upgrade, however, i think it's worth it.

So far this laptop has worked pretty good, the image on the display is not the most high definition but I’m perfectly ok with it as I only use it for work with excel and internet. The keyboard though is a little bit uncomfortable because is not backlit so you can get lost easy if don’t know the position by memory, I usually don’t look at the keyboard when typing but if I make a mistake by any chance is difficult to see the letters on the keys because the color of the letters in contrast with the gray color of the computer doesn’t help them to stand out, specially if there’s not a lot of light around. I really like though the fact that has a numeric keyboard separate. Other than that I am overall happy with it, still have a little bit of time to keep using it before the 60 days for return if any issues arise.

Runs great super fast perfect size. highly recommend it.
