I love this laptop and the touch screen it is awesome. A little dissapointed that install google chrome is so difficult and makes it seem like it is unsafe.

Purchased for my granddaughter to do schooling at home. She was extremely impressed at how easy it was to get adapted to. She loves this.

I bought this system roughly a month ago & so far, everything has worked perfectly. Programs open quickly & I can multi-task, without the system getting bogged down.

I had recently bought an HP laptop from best buy because my previous laptop which was purchased elsewhere had crashed. I went to geek squad and although they couldn’t resolve the issue with that laptop they were very helpful in the process and they are very knowledgeable in their field of work. I’m in college so this allowed me to get right back to work. Best Buy also offers payment plan options and credits to help with any needs or emergencies such as mine.THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Love it. I do wish the bartery life was better. Slim, light, and easy to type on. Power bittin leaves a lot to be desired though.
