    Purchased this computer for my daughter for Christmas. It has a great speed for streaming, she plays her games on them,and she loves wat hing movies. She's also able to do her school work. Great investment for a resonable rate.

    This laptop works fine for everyday use. I haven’t had any issues with it. There isn’t anything outstanding about it. Good for the price I do like the touchscreen.

    Good laptop. Just what I was looking for. Only complaint is I got a demo version and had to bring it in to get it wiped - they were very helpful and apologetic and the fix was free

    I had recently bought an HP laptop from best buy because my previous laptop which was purchased elsewhere had crashed. I went to geek squad and although they couldn’t resolve the issue with that laptop they were very helpful in the process and they are very knowledgeable in their field of work. I’m in college so this allowed me to get right back to work. Best Buy also offers payment plan options and credits to help with any needs or emergencies such as mine.THANK YOU THANK YOU.
