Laptop is excellent for its intended purpose. It is not use for work, but emails Facebook and shopping. Speed is fine

I love the ten key keyboard. It’s has various port and a touch screen all while under $400! I added an HP 17” screen as well.

I love hp products. My old laptop was great. This new one is so far great. I don't like the keyboard as much but it is much lighter.

It’s a good laptop for school. Only problem is that you have to remove a ton of stuff that restricts the laptop and blocks you from installing other browsers. Once all the windows and hp useless junk is removed, it runs great.

I really like my new computer. The touch screen is something I got used to with my tablet and phone and previously I'd find myself trying to get things done with my finger.

I love my laptop would recommend it to everyone. Great price as well and very helpful bbn people at the store and on the phone to set it up.

I grabbed this device for my son’s 14th birthday so he could play games esp attach his Xbox controller and play Xbox games. He loves it and I like it despite it not being a new computer… everything works really well!!!

I am extremely happy with my laptop. I especially like the touch screen because it’s easy to maneuver. I like the silver color, looks slick. Highly recommend Best Buy.

So far so good. Just what I wanted. I needed a basic windows computer. Good price. easy to use.

Works great for what my daughter needs to use it for. Able to do her school work, get online, etc. however if planning on doing more than that then I would recommend getting a better laptop.
