Love this laptop. I wanted to buy one before but my son thought i would like the chrome. Sorry to say, i hardly use the Chromebook because i don’t like it.

I really like and enjoy my laptop Best Buy has a sell going on at the right time that I was looking for one and Best Buy never fails me or disappoints. I purchased it and have enjoyed it every since I would recommend this product.

The screen is washed out. Colors are not colorful. I am not sure if this is this items issues or issue with the model. This is the only reason I am returning, otherwise a very good item for the price.

I bought this laptop to play my sims, I was looking for something cheap for all my sim expansion packs and all my cc. And my game works smoothly. My game runs smoothly. And all my cc fits. The battery life could be better but other than that great purchase.

As advertised! Compact, sleek design is unassuming but once it’s opened you begin to understand how it’s a great buy, no, it’s a BestBuy ;-)

Great computer! One thing I don't like is that letters on keyword are light colored, they are hard to see. Solved the problem by putting neon large stickers on the letters.

I love everything about it except the letters on keyboard are very light.

I got this computer as a Christmas present. To replace a broken Chromebook. I love it. It’s a great value for the price and the touch screen is a bonus!

My daughter got it for Xmas as an upgrade for her school work she is absolutely in love w it n the price was excellent her only complaint was she would like the keys darker

Best HP laptop ever! Had a little difficulty getting set up and use to the item, but now things are good.

I needed this just for school assignments and i’m very happy with this purchase. The memory is whatever but I didn’t need anything too crazy for what i’m using it for.

It’s a good product for the price range. It takes its time loading and the camera quality could be clearer. Yet for under $400 this was worth the buy.

I like this laptop, for everything work perfect for now
