    Received item in 3 days after ordered! Set up was easy and computer was what was expected except for the Microsoft block on installing 3rd party software, they wanted to control what was downloaded…not so good! I figured a way past that so now I’m back on task. Wife’s computer so it has to be simplified so she not pleased about reaction time . So I give it 4 stars

    The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. That being said I ordered a different laptop online when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready . Turns out they didn’t have it in stock ( it was an open box). I need to get a laptop asap ( mine had just been stolen!) so I got this one. the fan is annoying and there is no way to change the fan settings. Other than that it’s a decent laptop for the price.
