    My sales person was great. He explained everything about the product and then he set it up and transferred everything over to the new product. When I received the call from him saying that the new product was ready for pickup he helped me with how it worked and showed me a couple things I needed to know.

    I needed a new laptop because the battery in my old one was swelling, plus it was about 5 years old. This one is a great little replacement. The setup was a breeze. The startup is quick. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this one. I can highly recommend it if your looking for a good, reliable laptop.
