I purchased this product yesterday. Has lots of memory. I wish the screen was a bit sharper for better viewing but good so far. The S mode is a bit tricky to navigate.

Excellent laptop for the price. I bought this laptop only for $265 during the Thanksgiving sale. 8GB memory is enough for me to do daily browsing and personal work.

I purchased this laptop to replace my 14" HP touchscreen. I like this device. It has good sound and a clear, vivid screen. The only things I do not like: no fingerprint (biometrics) pad to sign on & no black light for the keys (no typing on the dark or low light). Besides that it's a good laptop for the price.

Great product for the price. Salesman was very helpful in the choice. The set-up was very easy to understand, connected to internet in a flash, and my files and photos were instantly transfered.

Its a great computer memory and SSD wise. Battery life is not great at all make sure to keep it on the charger. If you a purchasing this purchase the best buy warranty if it covers the battery charge. I would ask before you purchase it. I got this for work I have mac but work does not use Apple. It is also touch screen and very sensitive and opens up different programs sometimes. I have never got my Best Buy points I have bought 3 laptops or 4 and other stuff never got one point. ASK ABOUT YOUR BEST BUY REWARDS ITS A SCAM!!! I HAVE NOT BOUGHT ANY STUFF FROM BEST BUY BUT FOR THIS ONE I HAD TO. IF YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I WOULD. I HAVE REWARDS AT ALOT OF PLACES BUT THIS COMPANY WILL MAKE EXCUSES WHY AND THOSE EXCUSES ARE NOT MY FAULT I DONT CARE TO HEAR THEM. BRING ME RESULTS!!!

I love this hp laptop except for one thing. When I download an app a window pops up and says I need to change settings in the App store to be able to open and run an app. I can’t even d/l and install the security software that came with this. Other than this issue…I love the hp laptop! Thank you!
