Excellent product from Best Buy and i have always ordered my stuff from them, and I have been enjoying everything I bought from them

This new version of HP Laptop one of kind, it runs the latest version of Windows 11. It’s a lot better than my Toshiba.

I like this laptop in terms of speed for the downloads an and uploads. The only issue I have with it is it’s display color. The color display looks too hazy. Would have preferred a more solid display.

Easy to setup and use with the newest edition of windows, but screen quality and hardware quality could be better

I like this laptop the last one I had was a 13 inch screen so I am getting used to the larger keyboard. But apart from that all is fine. I do not use for gaming

This is a very good product for beginners. someone who is learning or using laptop for light weight school projects or browsing, this is a budget product I'd 100% recommend.

I bought this computer to play games and do minimal things so I knew I didn’t need anything super fancy. It does what it’s supposed to do and I don’t have any issues. HOWEVER- the battery life isn’t the best. I don’t mind having to plug it in but it can be a bit frustrating when I don’t have the charger near me and it starts to die. The display is also kind of weird. Even adjusting the brightness I feel like it’s just not right and seems like it’s either way too bright or way too dim. But again, doesn’t affect the actual way it works. I’m still able to use it for what I need it for within my budget.

It's a great laptop for everyday ordeals. The only downfall is you and only just the screen tilt so far. The graphics and are pretty good.

Overall, the product is very good, but when I use and external hard drive as back up the software is slow and freezes. I’m not sure if it is up software itself or my external hard drive. Both products are brand new.

Love the computer. Just had issues with downloading the Trend Micro. I kept receiving a message that it wasn't compatible to the laptop. I have yet to talk to someone at Best Buy. No one is never available.

This laptop works fine for everyday use. I haven’t had any issues with it. There isn’t anything outstanding about it. Good for the price I do like the touchscreen.

Got my computer to work on music and so far no problem with handling the processing of it , a excellent computer for its value.

Been solid performance in alignment with specs. Only problem was I should have paid more attention to the screen resolution. Its rather low. Graphics work is not optimal.

People were very patient with me. I know very little about computers and when mine stopped working your folks were my only resource. Literally I had/have now experience setting up a computer. I was deeply appreciative.

Wanted an additional computer but did not need a large capacity memory. Everything is saved to flash drives. Exactly what I needed

Wifi card failed within 6 months and almost melted the laptop. Then the main board failed within a year.
