I had this same HP computer for only 6 months. It totally died. I went to geek squad and they gave me another machine. Always make sure to fill out your warranty card.

I like this laptop in terms of speed for the downloads an and uploads. The only issue I have with it is it’s display color. The color display looks too hazy. Would have preferred a more solid display.

This is a very good product for beginners. someone who is learning or using laptop for light weight school projects or browsing, this is a budget product I'd 100% recommend.

Exactly what I needed for school except the keyboard doesn’t have a backlight.

Love the computer. Just had issues with downloading the Trend Micro. I kept receiving a message that it wasn't compatible to the laptop. I have yet to talk to someone at Best Buy. No one is never available.

I bought this computer for my daughter for Christmas. So far no complaints. I was not expecting a great battery life. I almost wanted to keep it for myself.

I like this laptop the last one I had was a 13 inch screen so I am getting used to the larger keyboard. But apart from that all is fine. I do not use for gaming

the battery life is a bit short and the computer is easily overwhelmed by the software i need it to perform. other than that its a fine laptop for office tasks

Its good for the price. Sometimes glitches a little when using the touchpad . but the screen resolution is amazing. And the touch screen works great

Just what was needed - my granddaughter was thrilled with her birthday present. Now she can has laptop for her own school powerpoint presentations (5th grade)

Not a bad laptop but for what the price is, I expect it to be a little more efficient. It seems every time I open the laptop the fan starts running at a level high enough for me to hear over the TV.

The picture quality is outstanding. The remote is horrible. Very easy to push the wrong button and it sends you back to the beginning, so you have to start all over. If the remote was better this would be 5 star

Overall, the product is very good, but when I use and external hard drive as back up the software is slow and freezes. I’m not sure if it is up software itself or my external hard drive. Both products are brand new.

I bought this computer to play games and do minimal things so I knew I didn’t need anything super fancy. It does what it’s supposed to do and I don’t have any issues. HOWEVER- the battery life isn’t the best. I don’t mind having to plug it in but it can be a bit frustrating when I don’t have the charger near me and it starts to die. The display is also kind of weird. Even adjusting the brightness I feel like it’s just not right and seems like it’s either way too bright or way too dim. But again, doesn’t affect the actual way it works. I’m still able to use it for what I need it for within my budget.
