Bought this to replace an older HP version. Didn’t disappoint, fits my needs perfectly. Easy to set up. As always Best Buy was the best buy. Even though I bought it online, I know I can always count on the sales people at the Quakertown store to answer any questions I have with any of my purchases in store or online.

I really love this laptop. Because it's a very nice computer. With a nice mix of power and performance. Also oddly enough it's pretty lightweight. So you can carry it around with you. Without the worry of getting your arms tired or sore. I definitely recommend this laptop.

I love my hp laptop! The touch screen makes it so easy to use on the go when I don’t have two hands to spare. Its has plenty of space for all my files and photos, several additional features like Bluetooth, a camera and great performance.

Excellent laptop especially for school going kids. My daughter use this laptop for her school online studies and so far this has been amazing machine. I choose 15.6 inch screen laptop considering less strain on eyes.

It was difficult to figure out where to find out where in the settings to disable S Mode at first. Once done with that it works well. Love the touchscreen and that portions of the screen will snap into preselected sections(though it can be annoying if you like to multitask with your screen full of different windows that are partially off the screen). For the price, it's rather large and pretty. I bought it for college and it works well for that. I play low graphics games on it as well, and watch videos. I will preface that the picture quality is not the best and can sometimes be grainy.

I have used this device for both personal and professional purposes and I have never had any issues with this product. In the past 2 years it has worked great for whatever I need it for. I would prefer the battery life to last a little longer, but otherwise I have no complaints.

I use it for taking notes, writing papers, and running multiple tabs for research, and it never slows down on me. The battery life easily lasts through my classes, which is a huge plus. After more than a year of daily use, it still feels like new. I’m really happy with it.

This laptop has been great! I bought a more expensive one for my son and it broke within a year. We have had this for a few years and it’s still working great!
