So far so good. This is my first laptop. My desk top computer is a 2008 Toshiba. Everything is easy to use. I like the keypad and touchable screens. Tutorials for all my new apps.

Run’s the DJ’ing program’s I use it for great. The touchscreen is useful. Battery last’s A good amount of time. Works quickly and has a good picture. Has not let me down yet. Perfect for the price, and what I use it for!

Overall great product. I hadn't realized it was touch screen as well. I absolutely love the HP brand and I really like this laptop.

I really like my HP! It's touch screen and the battery lasts! I can do everything I need to do for work and home. The picture and sound is good and I can store all my photos easily.

I am thrilled to have this laptop! I had a Chromebook I bought in 2020 I used for my first time last year and it’s not for me, respectfully. This is my 2nd laptop and I’m starting off running with Pro Tools daw & this HP touchscreen beauty and it’s really helped me in engineering my second Album! The laptop performs at a very good level for a very reasonable cost. the screen provides ample size and resolution for word processing (and the very limited gaming I do).

This computer replaces my 12 year old HP. It is so much lighter and faster. I'm still adjusting to having a touch screen and Windows 11. But it seems to be great!

I love the laptop. It’s perfect for what I bought it for. It’s light weight and the display is good for my sight. The downfall is the keyboard doesn’t light up.

The laptop has been a good little admin workhorse. I don't think the USB-C is a real USB-C...while it may physically accept certain pieces of tech, it won't recognize them (external monitors, cell phone, etc.). Screen is pretty low res, but hey, I am reading word docs, excel spreadsheets, and powerpoints...ClipArt is still chief in academia. Is not compatible with Bamboo Ink. Still don't regret the cheap purchase on a President's day sale when my previous laptop may or may not have drowned. Does the job for a pretty good price. Only complaint is that Best Buy bundles this with a bunch of junk subscriptions. Buying it was a major hassle because I had to set up accounts for everything before they would take my money. So, not a beef on the laptop, just on Best Buy gimmicks.

It's actually a pretty decent computer, especially for the price. I was hesitant to buy an HP again because they seem to only work efficiently for about two years. I had previously owned a Toshiba laptop which I used for several years and it never had problems (the same opinion is shared by someone else I know that still has their toshiba Laptop, mine got lost in a move. I do think this is a good computer for the price, but it's also a little frustrating at first because Microsoft makes it pretty difficult for you to use other programs that aren't owned by them...but that's not just an HP problem. I would buy it again....probably in another two years, unless I see a Toshiba for sale.

Bought this for my roommate, she absolutely loves it! Touch screen works great for her art. Everything runs smoothly for her job and more! Would recommend.
