I've had this computer for 4 months and it has been just what I needed for the mundane uses I put it to: email, social media, picture and document storage, zooming, and other old person stuff. (I haven't rate battery storage because I just leave it plugged in on my desk all the time.)

Honest review. This is not a notebook or a Chromebook it is an actual PC. It is very fast. Less then 30 seconds from turn on time to login in time for me. You will need to turn off Safe Mode which you can just type in the search at the bottom on the acutal windows PC

I purchased the laptop so that I could take it with me because of its portability. So far I am quite satisfied with it.

My four year old laptop stopped working so I started checking out the internet for a new one. I checked out Best Buy's website and founded what I was looking for. They had a nice upgrade at a reasonable price. It has a good size screen and the operating speed is excellent.

i dont get clear view on screen, like others i have had. it gets hotter also, then makes a loud noise when fan comes on, others didnt make noises. dont like the keyboard plastic keys. i liked the rubber type of last 1. i bought it coz last PC wouldnt show my photos. i did systems restore & it wont even let me on now. i bought it there also.

Nice pc, especially for the price. Ram is more than enough but storage could always be more. I really wish they'd make more expandable ports but thats not how its done. Overall I'm very happy with this laptop and it has survived over 6 months now. If you're looking for a cheaper option concider this type without the $100 touchscreen upgrade, however, i think it's worth it.

The laptop looks and works great. I purchased the laptop for my niece for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. I needed something basic for her to stream and download videos and apps and to play video games on. This laptop did all that and more. Came with free security softyfor free as well.

I wasn't sure how I would like the HP laptop b/c I had an Apple notebook previously that I loved. This HP is wonderful I really LOVE the touch screen feature!! It was just as user friendly as my old apple laptop and fun to use. HP was way cheaper too so win win for me : )

Exactly what we were looking for to replace an old desktop computer. Technology sure has come a long way! This laptop came packaged securely and was easy to set up. We use it to access the internet and the speed is great! Crisp color and keyboard is sensitive but not overly. Very happy with our purchase.

I needed a new laptop because the battery in my old one was swelling, plus it was about 5 years old. This one is a great little replacement. The setup was a breeze. The startup is quick. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this one. I can highly recommend it if your looking for a good, reliable laptop.

I purchased my laptop for my business. I really love it. The natural silver color is beautiful. I love that it has a nice amount of memory. It was easy to setup. The touchscreen is nice. I just have to get used to it. The price was great.
