    It feels a bit cheap and tinny, we've had it two months and already can be a bit slow or will have to reboot because screen randomly goes black. The display isn't great. But it's ok for the price...

    HP is a nice brand but this laptop does not have an Ethernet cable outlet & the lid doesn't bend back like it should be able to do because it's a touchscreen.

    I purchased this laptop in “Open Box-Excellent Condition with 1 year of geek squad protection.” While it does not have any visible damage to it, it was filled with food crumbs and dried food particles on the cover and mouse pad. I can’t rate the quality of the laptop yet because I haven’t used it, but I’m furious that I have to clean up someone else’s food mess. I expected better
