LOVE HP BUT NOT THIS ONE

It charges slow, shuts down for no reason and ultimately wasn't worth the money. I've had it less than a year and it quit charging completely. I'll have to spend more money to get a better computer.

Arrived with food crumbs on it

I can’t rate the quality of the laptop yet because I haven’t used it, but I’m furious that I have to clean up someone else’s food mess. I expected better
