Horrible service. Once I received the laptop, I had to call HP Headquarter and after several attempts I end throw in the towel cuz they did not resolve my problem. Finally, after all these efforts I’m still waiting for the original electric cable that never arrived. I don’t recommend this product. Ever!

If I could, I would give this computer and Best Buy 0 stars! I purchased this laptop in January 2024 and here we are in August 2024 and the screen is trashed. My adult daughter has barely used this computer for college! We took it to Best Buy and they said because we did not buy the extended warranty, they could not due anything for us! Unbelievable! This laptop is rated high and only 8 months old, yet they can't even help us. Eight months! for $300, I would expect it to at least last a year or two. The worst part is this laptop is barely been used. She used it maybe 6 times for college recently and that is it. She does not game on it, stream video, nothing. It has never been dropped or impacted in anyway. If I were you, I would steer clear of this junk laptop and also buyer be ware of Best Buy!

I haven't had a lot of time to use the product. It seems ok. I am still trying to set it up to my liking.

Lackluster performance, ok for the everyday user but not for the power user

All the keys will fall apart, don't waste money purchasing it.

I paid forca technician to come out and repair my computer. I still having window problems, my computer freeze up at times and won't allow me to open any applications. I told the gentlemen from the katy location, if the fix didn't work I would not pay again. My search button want allow me to search. I just in a terrible miss and need help.

Average , mediocre, just meets necessities. Only 2 USB ports puts limits on what you can do. Power plug on left side.

It’s okay, not a huge windows fan. It’s slow compared to my Mac.

I was sadly disappointed when something was wrong with this computer. I took it in to our local store and they reordered it but rather than shipping to my home like the first one it was shipped to the store. I did not realize that the store would cancel my order if I didn’t pick it up within a specific period since it was a replacement that had been paid for for some time. I called to let them know I was sending my daughter to pick it up when they explained it had been canceled. So I asked to order it again at the original cyber Monday price to which they said no. I can reorder but cannot have the price of the first computer that did not work.

It came with windows S which wont let you install apps which are not from windows store.

The device needs some upgrades to make this laptop perfect.

Computer works fine. Wish the screen was a little better quality but it will do for what I need it for.

I'll make it simple don't buy it. The keys stick on occasion, and the screen resolution is terrible. And last but not least it's slow very slow. It has a fairly new processor and 8 gigs of RAM, but she sure would not know it. Get an Acer or Asus they seem to make a quality product with the same processes in ram.

Started out great! Purchased in Dec 23 Fast foward to Jan,. Was using it, closed the lid, reopened to use and NO HARDDRIVE! Error code 301. After 30mins with HP service center they want to send it back to service, Will be over a week without the laptop. Should have stayed with DELL

All the reviews that I read prior on this HP laptop were good, so I was so surprised to find that the screen has to be just at the perfect angle to see the correct colors or everything is blurry and the colors are too light. Also, it takes longer than it should to turn on. Not happy with HP!

Very nice. Still learning windows 11. For the price its most impressive.
