I didn’t spend much, so I can’t complain a lot. The display is very poor.

Very bad customer service. Customer service agent took order over phone and wrote the incorrect address. I called back to inform them and I was assured it was changed and given reference #. Product was still delivered to incorrect address as I never got it. After that delivery notification I made more than 14 calls to Best Buy and went to 2 different stores more than 8 different times as I asked for order to be picked up in store as apparently the address cannot be changed and it was only after one month exactly that I was able to get the laptop

battery does not last long for a whole school day.

Good size and looks amazing has short battery life and is now freezing up I’m so frustrated and annoyed i got this like 3 weeks ago

Started falling apart the day I got it battery would never last more than a couple hours at most and now 3 years later it died would not recommend

It doesn’t turn on anymore, unfortunately not usable before one year of usage

thought it was great, but it jumps to something different sometimes. also, it wants me to upgrade to things i dont understand and makes it hard to continue to do what i am trying to do. i am 77 yrs and like simple.

I regret buying this laptop. It was in a “s mode”, therefore I was not able to use it for because I was restricted on what I could access. I spoke with customer service help desk several times and they were not able to assist me after hours of being on the phone speaking with different representatives. I finally suggested taking it to geek squad and was assured that they would be able to remove s mode. Well I wasted another 2 hours, they suggested I get a refund and purchase another laptop. I did get a refund but did not purchase another laptop from Best Buy.

Its a great computer very useful for college students

Do not buy- screen is flimsy and expensive to replace. Battery life is horrendous and Insurance plan is non existent.

Geek squad was very un professional. Girl did not put cord in box had to travel over 30 minutes for cord and back. I just returned everything. She was gossiping with someone else when I asked her she didn’t even pay attention. I will never buy anything here again. I purchased all my appliances over three years ago and expected the same but u all didn’t deliver

I am not happy that the keyboard is so light. I can’t see it! So I use it hardly ever!

This is not for me. It won't keep a charge. I change and the next day even if I don't use it for the rest of the day, I have to recharge it It also run hot..

I have only had this laptop for a few months and I have had constant issues with it. First, the brightness malfunctioned and I had to call HP to fix it. Then, my microphone went out, which resulted in another phone call to HP. Now, my speakers won’t work. Who knows, maybe next time the screen will go out! I’ve always been a fan of HP, but this laptop is trash and I don’t think I will be buying another.

10 months in and my laptop is a brick and HP isn’t supporting their warranty. DO NOT BUY! WILL NEVER BUY HP AGAIN! Computer seemed to work fine but when I tried to use the camera and microphone, they were never installed on the computer for some reason. HP wants me to wipe my computer instead of allowing me to go to geek squad and have it repaired.

extremely complicated to use mainly because i couldnt download anything unless it was through their app. i tried everything to fix this and it got to the point where it recommended me to start messing around with the computer code. on top of the that the screen just seems foggy not clear at all (this is the best way to describe it)

Loved the computer for the first three weeks until something inside came loose. Also virus scan stopped working. After an hour and a half on the phone with Best Buy they would not help me. BB is great at selling things but once they make the sale they do not care. Currently jumping through hoops trying to get a resolution with HP.

Not even a month and the keyboard has issues with the keys. Low quality
