Awful HP Laptop

She stated, the laptop is slow, lags, freezes, and grays out the internet, requiring an infinite restart. It forces me to shut down the computer and restart my work all over again. I am not happy with this product. If I could, I would rate it a zero.

Stopped Working After Minimal Use

Then I didn’t use it for a few months. When I tried to turn it on again, it wouldn’t power on at all. Now it’s too late to return it. I’m very disappointed.

I have had it less than 30 days but more than the Best Buy 2 week return period. 400 dollars wasted.

HP let me down smh

Got another one as a replacement and had to return that one 2-3 days later due to trying to log in and it kept resetting back to back everytime I tried to log in. I gave up and just got a refund.

HP laptop

They sell piece of trash in the name of open box. This laptop worked fine for a week and after that won't even hold any charge. Battery will die within 20 minutes.

My printer prints perfectly fine from my other devices. I am returning this computer.
