    I bought my laptop from Best Buy almost a year ago and have been using it for college. My laptop still runs as if I bought it yesterday and with the low price I paid for it, I definitely found the best deal. Thank you Best Buy, I am LOVING this laptop!

    Received my HP laptop touchscreen earlier this month and I have to admit so far it has been performing very well... I am looking to to upgrade the RAM and ROM storage in the near future for when I need it for higher performance but otherwise I love this product

    This laptop is really good.I gave it 4 out of 5 because the Microsoft edge mandates get me. Maybe I’m old school but being partial to Google chrome and wanting to download it, then being told that it would compromise my laptop and I would have to take it out of S mode literally scared me! I’m still not sure how I feel about that and I may consult with someone to get more clarity.

    So far the laptop seems to be great! I wasnt happy about having to replace me fingerprint Envy for facial recognition, but it's not that bad. I use it primarily for school and i love it. The only issue came about aftef i did the BIOS update. It caused my laptop screen to go blank, three times. I have not had issues since. But i am watching out.

    This laptop has replaced my gaming PC for my daily use. Now, this thing is NOT a gaming laptop! But it can do light gaming—Minecraft, Stardew, etc. However, this has replaced my gaming PC because I can do all my schoolwork on it. Write essays? Done. Research projects? Done. Watch documentary? Done. Zoom meetings? Done! This thing looks like it might not be able to do much, but it can! The only drawback is the battery. The battery is okay. I wouldn't leave the house without taking the charger. Overall, I am happy and recommend it!

    I bought this laptop to play my sims, I was looking for something cheap for all my sim expansion packs and all my cc. And my game works smoothly. My game runs smoothly. And all my cc fits. The battery life could be better but other than that great purchase.

    I purchased this laptop as a Christmas gift for my mom and she loved it! It has the perfect amount of space to save old memories and create new ones. She also liked the ten key as she is an educator and inputs a lot of graded assignments.
