    Good laptop. Just what I was looking for. Only complaint is I got a demo version and had to bring it in to get it wiped - they were very helpful and apologetic and the fix was free

    We brought our red laptop to Geek Squad to remove virus. While it was being fixed, the clamp on the lid was broken. Unfortunately we did not open the computer until we got home and noticed that the lid was broken. We brought it in several time over the next few months and 1) said it could not be fixed(after sending it out to factory) and 2) out of warranty. Since I mentioned that we did not damage the computer lid, they replaced this computer with another comparable HP. Thanks to Joseph Finelli and Jeremy Geek Manager). They also set it up with the appropriate programs. Thank you so much
