    I purchased a laptop over the phone great representative told me every detail I asked about. Brought the laptop into the best by The Florida Mall best customer service I've had in a long time.Julio worked on transferring everything from my old laptop to my new one did an awesome job I would recommend him and Best Buy to anyone whoever asks I will tell them best store ever I would go back there in a heartbeat they care about their customers
