Light weight and fast! This laptop is perfect for the ever day online browsing and works great for my college student with all her school needs. Fast and easy to use laptop. The touch screen is a great added benefit.

I needed something affordable quick, because I dropped my expensive laptop and it broke! I was looking for something I would be able to do all of my school work on. This laptop is a great buy for the price and I am happy with it. The speed is good when doing multiple things at once, I love the touch screen. The only thing I don’t like, but can definitely deal with for the price, is the charge doesn’t hold as long as other laptops I’ve had. It does come in S mode but I just searched how to change it on YouTube, and had it changed in a few minutes. If you’re looking for something to do school work on and can’t use a Chromebook I would definitely recommend this.

Great laptop. Nice sleek design and easily accommodates programs. Set up was problem free and operation has fast speed. Battery life is long.

Great laptop for my needs. Easy setup. Great size for traveling and lightweight. I have used for several weeks and only had to charge twice so far. Screen is big and easy to work on spreadsheets.

Had this laptop since 2024 and it has been more than enough for my everyday use. Fast, productive and very efficient for running my small business. Time has come for me to get an upgrade but I highly recommend this laptop for your starter.

I have used this device for both personal and professional purposes and I have never had any issues with this product. In the past 2 years it has worked great for whatever I need it for. I would prefer the battery life to last a little longer, but otherwise I have no complaints.

Excellent laptop for my college student. She wanted a screen big enough and with this 15.6 inch screen it does the job. An added perk is the touchscreen. Fast and reliable, and the cost was excellent.

Great purchase! Bought this for my husband who is going back to college. It has served all his needs well. Runs fast and he’s able to do all his required online course materials without issues. Camera anx micophone built in are great quality along with the touchscreen. Great buy for the price. If your just looking for a laptop to do the basics for college this may be the one for you. Highly recommend!

This computer replaces my 12 year old HP. It is so much lighter and faster. I'm still adjusting to having a touch screen and Windows 11. But it seems to be great!

I recently purchased this laptop for my wife and she loves it! Runs very smooth and has a really nice look to it. It’s also touchscreen which is a cool feature. You get a great value for the price!

This is a great laptop for a low budget. I chose it because I wanted something light and portable, but not too small. It has great battery life. It will handle most business and personal tasks. I have another 17" HP that I use for CAD. The only complaint with this laptop that I have is with the display. Normally, the line of sight, or angle of view should be perpendicular to the screen or a little above. With this display, it is 'washed out', or light at those angles. To get vivid colors, I have to tilt the display farther back so that my angle of view is below perpendicular. This requires the lid to be almost fully open. I was able to improve contrast and colors by going to Settings>System>Display and turning Night Light on to reduce blue light. It also helps to go to Settings>Personalize>Colors and setting the mode to Dark.

THE COMPUTER RUNS REALLY WELL. I LIKE THAT FACT THAT IT'S TOUCHED SCREENED. THE STAFF THERE WAS AMAZING AND HELPED ME WHENEVER I NEEDED HELP. I WASN'T WAITING AROUND FOR HELP. THE STAFF KNEW I NEEDED HELP AND CAME AND HELPED ME. I FEEL LIKE I MADE THE BET PURCASHED YET WITH THIS COMPUTER. IT'S ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, AND I CAN'T WAIT TO START SCHOOL AND BE ABLE TO USE MY NEW COMPUTER. WITH THE COMPUTER BEING TOUCH-SCREEN, I CAN USE MY PEN THAT I GOT FOR MY PHONE AND I CAN WRITE ON MY COMPUTER WHICH IS ALSO AMAZING.

Works awesome. Touch screen comes in handy. The mouse pad and keyboard work well. I havent even had to get a separate mouse for it. Lightweight. Easy to travel with.

This laptop is the little engine that could. I really like the touch screen feature, which although I don't use that frequently, when I do need it, it is great to have it. Consider it a bonus feature. This is in no way a gaming or high end laptop, but for websurfing, video streaming, email, wordprocessing, etc,, this budget laptop performs as well as other laptops costing two or three times as much. Battery life is typically 90 to 120 minutes on a full charge, which is on par with other more expensive laptops I own. If you typically use it plugged in, then this is not a factor. Overall, I like this laptop because it performs well above its price point!

My entire work life revolves around a laptop. The one I previously had unfortunately, my toddler broke my screen, and I needed a new one ASAP. I went online purchase this one similar to my previous one except my previous one had a light up keyboard I don’t give up however, that is not missed because this one is a whole lot faster. The touchscreen makes parts of my job a lot easier! Definitely happy with this purchase.

This laptop is spot on what I needed. It’s fast, lightweight and it has a great screen size. And you can’t beat its value for the money.

I like how the laptop is thin and lightweight and it has USB-C ports for all of my peripherals when I am utilizing my gear. I also like the fact that it’s HP because all of my HP products automatically connect and work with it. The only thing I do not like about this laptop is that it can get a little hot depending on what application you’re running and the graphics card is not as good depending on what application you are utilizing. Overall, I would give this a solid five out of five, because for the functionality and usability for any student or business professional, it’s a great laptop.

Great performance and does what I need it to do. The only problem is the fan gets really loud when I plug it in and it occasionally disconnects from wifi and requires a restart before I can join a network again.
