The laptop computer had a good sale price when I bought it. So far everything is working fine on the laptop computer. Had a smaller computer before so it is an adjustment getting use to this computer. I have had a very good experience when I purchased the laptop from Best Buy. Every one was very helpful and professional.

Great purchase & quality serves the price right. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I notice my keypad gets stuck often. But for $300 I really can't complain much. Runs smooth, great size memory, doesn't overheat easily, and the touch screen is sensitive but not overly-sensitive. WOULD BUY AGAIN.

Years later, and its still like new! I appreciate the sleek appearance and the convenience of being able to attach to my computer screens in home - nice computer. I love buying HP.

Purchased because this computer was on sale and I liked the sleek design. It worked perfectly for a few weeks then started slowing down yesterday. Had a hard drive connected and running Photoshop so that could’ve been the reason. I only need it for simple tasks otherwise I would spend the extra money on a better one.

The computer worked good, but the sound was lower than my other HP laptop. I returned it to the store.

I purchased this laptop to replace the Chromebook that had been using which pretty much sucked. This HP computer is good if you just need something to do basic task such as writing emails, browsing the internet, and some streaming. I will say that when I made the purchase it was heavily on sale so I can't say I would purchase it at full.

This is a very good laptop computer. It is a good quality and meets all of my needs and expectations. The initial set up was relatively simple. The transfer of data from my other device was pretty streamline. I am happy with the touch screen. The quality of the Hewlett Packard brand meets all of my expectations.

This laptop is great! What a bargain, too! In fact once i received it and started using it, I bought another one to have as a spare, becasue it is so great compared to the cost!

The HP laptop was everything that i need. Love the touch screen. My telephone ordering assistance was stressful due to the large technical knowledge differences. Don't assume that everyone is tech knowledgeable.

Fast device setup and transfer of applications and data from failed system which required this purchase to be made. The system has been performing very well after these transfers have been made, much better than the system it replaced.

I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s a solid 4-star laptop that provides everything I need for my assignments without breaking the bank. The screen quality is surprisingly good for watching videos after I finish studying. A quick pro-tip: Since the app mentioned you get an extra entry for the sweepstakes by adding a photo, try snapping a quick picture of it on your desk or with your notebook!
