    Great laptop everything worked fine. However, they did not wipe the computer completely so i had to and it did not come with a charger.

    It has been a good purchase until recently. Booted up my laptop and got a notice that updates were on their way. Updates never processed and laptop froze with that message. Had to have someone come out and they couldn't fix. I now have to bring it back to best buy and hopefully they can fix. Not happy. I've only had laptop for 9 months.
