    Functional computer that will cover the basics. A little laggy but it might be my internet service. My only issue with this computer is that the sound is super low. Also I had a similar model of this computer around the same price point that had chrome keycaps and felt very similar to a Mac Book. The sound was great. My child broke it so I had to get this one as the other model is out of stock. I was disappointed that the keycaps are made of grey plastic as it cheapens the experience and value of the product. If you have a hundred or more to upgrade to a different model (especially during a sale), I'd suggest that.

    Good Laptop for the price! This is used strictly for work. I do feel the battery doesn't last as long as I like, I have another HP and I can go three days with out needing to charge it, this at least once a day.

    I was disappointed that the Microsoft 365 subscription was only for a short period of time. I had to purchase the subscription within 30 days of owning the device.
