Pretty helpful staff. Great quality laptop for a budget.

Purchased this computer for my daughter to use in school, as they require a laptop. This met all of the requirements from the school and was priced relatively inexpensively. Was easy to set up and use out of the box. My only issue is that 20 days into owning the computer, it stopped in the middle of a paper my daughter was writing. Screen just went black, it would not charge, nothing. As it was past the 15 day Beat Buy exchange policy, Geek Squad has to send it back to HP for a new motherboard. Not terribly pleased if I am being honest.

Had it for a few weeks and the cursor and touch pad stopped working, dropped it off with the Geek Squad and just waiting to see if they can fix it…..

I bought this HP laptop to replace a 5 year old HP that had heavy use with no problems. The sound on the new laptop is weak, even when cranked to the max; the color appears "faded" and the text is not "crisp." The performance is fine. Wish my old HP hadn't died.

Laptop is good in performance. And I purchased it as a first personal laptop for my 7yo daughter. I have put 3 stars because the quality of the screen resolution could be better. The screen brightness is low when even on maximum. You dont really see any difference when you bring it from low to high.

Good with KDE Neon or Fedora Kinoite. Win11 its a poor option.

It's OK if you don't have a lot of work to do. No backlight keyboard. Keyboard is at awkward angle. Super sensitive mouse pad. Battery life reminds me of "Return of the living dead".

It was bought brand new and the first time I opened it out of the box was past the 30 day warranty period to find out that the touch pad portion sticks and doesnt work as it should. Its touchscreen, so I deal with it but it doesnt change the fact that it was broken even being new.

Laptop touch screen doesn’t work properly, I had to disable feature. I’ve only owned the laptop for 2 months.

Gray tones on keyboard are harder to see. Color choices for screen also harder for those of us with less than perfect vision

On paper this would have been a good computer for me. But the cursor/pointer disappears about 15 times per hour. I’ve updated the drivers and tried other actions recommended on the Microsoft webpages and none have worked. The only option that works is a restart.

It doesnt come with a backlit light on the keypad. Just not its best of HP laptops in the past.

This laptop does not hold a charge for more than 4 hours but it does get the job done, I should have considered another model
