My laptop is an excellent condition. Glad I bought it from Best Buy would love that $400 gift card.

It’s a good laptop with solid features and performance for the price. However, the build quality feels a bit on the cheaper side.

This is a replacement laptop for my son for his birthday which is 2 weeks after Christmas. He hasn't received it nor opened it yet but it is just like the one he already has and busted the screen. Instead of replacing the screen I was able to get this one on a great sale almost close to the price to replace the broken screen without the headaches you can get from broken screen repair. This time I bought a warranty. The previous model was good enough for him since all he does with it is game so no complains on my end. He will appreciate the updated touch screen since his previous model didn't have touch screen.

I’ve been buying HP’s for decades and they never let me down. This one has all the bases covered at an exceptional price. Battery life could be a little bit better but it’s on par with the rest so it’s really not a gripe. I highly recommend picking one up when they are on sale.

Worthy components for an Excellent Price. I bought this for my elderly mother. She needs it for job applications and e-mail mostly. It's a Christmas gift, so she hasn't used it yet, but I expect good things from HP, Intel, and the amount of memory.

Computer has everything that we needed for our everyday uses. Very lightweight weight and the touchscreen is responsive. Got on sale so the value was great for all the features that it comes with.

I’m so happy I caught this on sale! This laptop is great! The speed, display and the price make it an incredible deal! However the battery life is not that great! As long as it’s plugged in, it’s great but if you’re somewhere you can’t charge, not so good! I would recommend this laptop to all!

This laptop was bought as a gift for our grandaughter. It's great for school acitivities that she needs to do. She also enjoys playing games on it. We are very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this machine for my son during a Black Friday sale. This is a great unit for him to surf the web and check and send emails. The price point was just were I needed it to be.

This computer is a good buy for the price. The screen is a nice size. It is easy to navigate. Light weight. Good battery life. I'm older, so the use is mostly for emails and social media, and searching topics of interest.

After opening the box and setting up this PC I've realized that it is the perfect weight and size for my elderly mother as a Christmas Gift. It is also a better product than the price would have you believe.

This is a basic laptop with standard resolution touch screen but with the 13 gen i3 the performance is fine for basic browsing and email. Very light too. Excellent value laptop

This HP laptop is perfect for my wife. She uses it for online social apps and shopping apps. It runs everything smoothly.
