I love it! It’ll be a month since I had this laptop in 3 days and no problems. Needed an inexpensive laptop for university and thankfully it’s working well. The only thing is the screen, the resolution isn’t perfect for me. I’d like to purchase a more expensive hp or apple laptop next because of good screen quality.

The open box sale disappointed me a bit. A week later i saw the same product NEW for sale on amazon for a lower price. Also, I expect open box units to be a couple months old and the one I received was over a year old. It was in good shape. I had to reinstall windows 11 as apparently one driver i added with an app froze it up beyond recovery. I am sitting with the unit I bought and it is working fine.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the work of a team member at Best Buy and highly content with my new HP laptop.

This review is more about how I received my item. I ordered an open box by mistake. That being said, being an open box I can understand it not be packaged the way the factory would package it however I literally received the laptop and power cord in a box. That's it...NO packing materials at all! Just flopping around in there, which is why I never turned it on...just returned it. I won't even go into the way/condition I received my box in.

Laptop has a nice sized screen and keyboard. Plenty of memory and processing speed for basic uses. You may need one more powerful if use is business or research. Touch screen is an added bonus, saving keyboard typing. Combo laptop/tablet function.
