This was purchased for my wife. She isn't into gaming or videos but wanted to try out a touch screen. This computer fits the bill. She uses it mainly for email and facebook. So far it has met her needs. The plastic case is on the cheaper side but overall it is a good value computer.

Overall the laptop represents great value for money. The touch screen feature is an added bonus for children who enjoy using a tablet but are adjusting to a laptop. My only complaint is that some of the software that came installed (The Power Media Player) doesn't open at all. I have tried several different ways of opening it and it just won't load.

I bought this laptop three months ago because I was starting grad school and I absolutely love it. The touchscreen interface always works smoothly, as does the touchpad, if I choose to use it. The i3 processor works well for streaming movies and internet usage. I mainly use it for word processing and browsing online, so I can't say anything about the gaming capability, but it works well for my needs. Battery life generally lasts around 4 hours.

Happy with the product speed is fast and touch screen is a plus.

As expected, Got this great deal on HP laptop from Best Buy. Great for home use and windows 10. Only thing to be a five star would be a larger battery (this has 3 cell and lasts about 2 hours) and have a backlit keyboard. These would probably add another $150.00 to the cost.

As a 1st time user of a HP laptop I was very impressed with this product. It's was easy to set up and the price was excellent . I used this laptop for music, emails, surfing the net and writing documents. The only issue I have is with Caps key - the light is not bright enough to see in a bright area. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase.

6 Mb memory and 1TB hard drive is hard to find for the price

This was the best quality laptop they had at the price point I was looking to pay. It's fast and works really well for everything I use it for.

I purchased this laptop for school and I really enjoy using it! I like that it has intel processing power inside and that Windows 10 was already installed. The touchscreen feature is an extra perk. Battery stays charged for several hours so I can get all my work done.

It's a great laptop, screen size is excellent, touchscreen good, performance is very good.. In overall I recommend this Laptop. The only issue that I have had on this laptop is about the network card for wireless connection, sometimes the network card for some reason it cannot connect to internet by wireless until reset the laptop.

I ordered this product for my grandchildren (twins age 10). It has two important features many laptops don't have: touchscreen and optical disk (DVD /CD) drive. The price was reasonable and I had it delivered to a Best Buy store near their home for convenient, safe pickup. It is also nice to have Geek Squad help available nearby.

A Christmas gift for my grandsons they are excited to use for their homework. The touch screen is great and windows ten is easy to use.

I bought this computer because it was a great value. I3 processor and six gigs of RAM give me all the power I need to surf and read email. This computer makes it possible for me to bring work home for overnight or weekend review. I'm glad I bought this one.

I have had the laptop for a few weeks now. There doesn't seem to be any problems as of yet that has been mentioned in previous post. I've not had the pleasure of using the touch screen yet. When I use the laptop I forget that it's a touchscreen. Overall it seems to be a good laptop for the price and what I want to use it for.
