It seems to be everything & more than I expected. I'm very happy with this laptop's performance. Dollar for dollar, this was a steal

This is my third laptop since 2007. For the price I paid and to have my files upload and configured it wasn't too bad for the price. I like having the numerical keypad on the keyboard this time as my last laptop did not. Having the touchscreen is a nice feature but is unnecessary for my needs as I use my iPad for this.

Shopped online first. Found this computer. Went in the store found an open box model and was able to save additional money. Laptop works great, touch screen is on point, processor is much better than computer purchased last year. Am able to use the HDMI and dual display which has been great advantage for streaming.

Started force restarting after a week. Called both hp and best buy and they didn't do anything about it so i had to factory reset it and luckily its been working great ever since. Its a good laptop for the price i just suggest buying warranty for it

For the money, this is the best computer around. You get the touch screen for about the same price as a laptop without it. The fifth generation processor is very fast.

My search started a few weeks before purchasing while my other laptop (Toshiba) started to act up, I figured I would check Wal-Mart, Best Buy and other online stores before making my decision. I decided on this laptop because of it's processor, memory and hard drive. I use it primarily for Netflix and heavy workloads for online schooling. I have had no issues so far but overall it is a good laptop.

I'm so used to using apple products even their laptops and since I didn't have enough money to buy a Mac air this was my second choice and I have been happy ever since I would recommend this product to my friends and family

Great price. Lots of memory and good speed. Touch screen works well and am a die-hard HP user. Easy setup. Worth the money.

I'm a Mac guy but I needed a cheap Windows laptop to run some programs on Windows!! This one does the job very well and it only cost $400!!

Like touch screen, good computer for price...better if came with Office program.

We used this as our family computer now. plenty of memory and speed for the kids to do their homework with no trouble.

I like windows 10 because 8.1 was a little hard to get use to and now you brought back the menu start. Able to find items that are needed, but still learning.

I wanted a reasonably priced functional laptop and was pleasantly surprised with this HP - 15.6 Touch-Screen Laptop. It has more features, programs and hardware than I expected, is extremely easy to use, has a huge hard drive and looks great. A very well designed laptop...

Laptop is great. Quick open and load. Windows 10 is user friendly. love to touch screen to navigate the applications.

I like the but after having a HP that was more on the metal type & easier to move my fingers on I will need to adjust & become use to the body of the laptop. I also will need to adjust to the more advance features as will my husband since I also purchased him the same one when I ordered mine.
