I am a basic unit with technology and it works fine. I still need to do all the tutorials, etc, but I don't use it enough to need to understand it. I guess if I tried to understand it, I wouldn't be such a basic unit. Ha. Anyway, I would recommend this to those of you that are like me. Cheers!

I have had the laptop for about a month. with no problems. The touch screen works great, however, I still use the mouse most of the time my fingers are just too big for the small letters! Down side - I don't like all the updates HP sends out, it burns through storage faster than I would like.

+ Webcam , WiFi, Touch screen , W10, DVD/CD drive, 1TB , overall performance and - no blue tooth , only I3 Processor , lacks stylish look , semi fragile.

Great laptop at a reasonable price. Love the touchscreen and with 1tb memory you can't beat the value. Love HP.

This computer is very easy operate, I like being able touch screen command, I liked this computer so I bought the HP Envy 7640 Printer which has Windows 10 compatibility. The sales people at Best Buy were helpful in both my purchases in August and this past week.

I am mostly pleased with my computer. I am still familliarizing myself to the new look and feel of both the computer and Windows 10. I can see that both have a lot to offer considering what I was use to. So far, so good!

This HP laptop replaces a desktop with a monitor and keyboard. Obviously, takes up much less space and is portable and light enough to take on trips. I like the new Windows 10 and added Microsoft Office with Outlook, Excel & Word. I find that it is fast for what computing I do on it. With 1 TB drive, there is plenty of capacity for pictures, videos and music.

This has been a very nice laptop for the entire family. My daughter does school projects with it and it was very easy to connect to our printer. Love the touchscreen and the side number keyboard is a nice feature.

After going over several different computer brands the HP is what I went with , good functioning computer with pretty decent features...cant beat it with the price best buy had on it...worth the purchase for sure.

This is a great computer for a typical user. I don't know how well it would perform with gaming, but does everything I need. Touch screen is awesome and makes for great functionality. Originally was going to get a 2 in 1 and I think this is an even better option overall.

I got this laptop for my husband because he loves to create floor plans and designs for houses. He loves the touch screen feature. He also likes how light it is compared to my 2 in 1 labtop. He also likes that it has a disc drive so he can download the programs he uses.

Met all requirements for a good daily use computer. I do not use it for anything big, but the speed has been great for general internet use and daily email use.

I needed to purchase a new laptop for school. I cam across this one and it was a fair price. So I thought. I think I took advantage of the store. Fast downloading, up loading, etc. I couldn't think of a better computer to get all my college classes done with.

It doesn't blow you away with its specs but it gets the job done. My girlfriend doesn't do much with her computer but she is learning to love the touch screen.

Good general use home laptop plus I was looking for something to use while taking some online courses. I chose the Touchscreen mainly because I have children and they touch the screen anyway, might as well get something designed for them to interact with.

I love my HP laptop and wish I could say the same for Windows 10. I like the good sized screen and the touch screen feature. Windows 10 has changed nearly every program, even if just a little bit. Just enough to made it a little more difficult. Several "computer savvy" people have tried to activate Cortana and we have all given up. I love the equipment and will enjoy it more when all the bugs are worked out.
