I'm happy with the touch screen but somehow the screen already has a "nick" in it. It seems slow at times but it could be the distant from the router - I have installed a range extender for my wife and that seems to have helped. Overall would recommend.

this is the second Hp computer I have, It is faster than I thought.

All of the new laptops seem to have eliminated the DVD player. I know most people don't seem to care much about that anymore, but I still do. DVD to digital is pretty impossible without having a computer with a DVD player. Windows 10 is taking some getting used to, and I forget all the time that is a touch screen. No issues with this to date, fast responsive laptop and very affordable. Great value.

Since the battery isn't a part of the body it can get detached if you push the edge of the body hard enough. This happened with me a couple of times. Also, for some reason, a few days after buying it, the laptop wasn't connecting to the apartment's network. So I took it to be looked at by a member of Geek Squad and it has been working since. So I would say it's a pretty decent product for its price.

I like this HP touch screen laptop. It just anything what I want. 6GB memory is good.

I am enjoying getting to know my new laptop. I am having a certain amount of problems getting used to this new tool. I keep forgetting that I can't touch the screen without unexpected results. I am also getting used to the different interface with the screen displays. However, I am actually having fewer problems than expected. The faster speeds are great. All in all I am happy with my purchase.

I bought this laptop a few weeks ago and I have to say I am glad I went with this one I love how it is touch screen also and with it having 6gb of memory and a tb hard drive was my selling point cause I wanted that in the computers that I was looking at the processor was also another selling point because I wanted it to be pretty fast with the i3 processor it's not super fast but it does the job

This is a great value laptop. Intel i3, 1Tb hard drive, 6 Gigs of ram. For the money it really cannot be beat. The only thing is that the keys are a little smaller than my previous laptop and may take a little time to get up to speed with them.

This laptop was purchased primarily for student homework and general internet browsing/Netflix viewing. Happy with performance, battery life, quality to date. Cost was reasonable ($399).

This laptop has adequate storage ans speed. I don't like some of the changes in Windows 10. I am running Office 365 and it is adequate but I can't find some of the features I had in older professional versions of Office. The price was right.

for the casual laptop user, this is a very user friendly laptop. easy to set up and get surfing

The i3 processor does what it needs to do, the touchscreen is pretty good and the keyboard/pad is pretty solid. The only piece of the laptop I wish was better was the front facing camera. When testing, the quality was pretty bad. Dark, grainy, blurry. Don't know how well it does with Hangout or Skype (it was a gift for my brother), but overall, it's a solid piece of machine for the price.

The laptop is pretty light and has the performance I was looking for in this price range, simple internet and MS Office work. Have not had a single issues thus far.

This computer has a huge screen and a tablet-like keyboard. Nice features are excellent sound and video with a kickstand built in to the screen. Not so nice is the weight of this huge screen and the odd location (to the right of the keyboard) of the over-sized mouse. If you want to use this instead of a tv you could be very pleased with the results. Or if you use pen-enabled graphic software the touchpad and adjustable position of the screen would be very useful. Unfortunately the weight of the screen was a big concern for my application.
