We love it. It is a little slower than we expected it to be when on the Internet but over all it's a great computer. Love the touch screen feature and gets the job done. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family!

For the money this is it. Speed, function, size Is just what I needed. Just wish it had non slip surface for when I pick it up. And no lip or indentation for ease of opening. But that's minor. Overall great computer!!!

I purchased the HP laptop to replace an old Lenovo Thinkpad that had lived a long life and was slowing down...especially when I tried the Windows 10 update. The things that keep me from giving the HP a five-star rating are: - Difficult to read function, delete, page up/down keys; way too small - No back-lit keys; it's hard to use the laptop in low light conditions - No "eraser head" pointing stick; I hate the trackpad--I keep the pressure click function disabled I didn't think the touch screen would be an advantage, but I find myself using it sometimes when the selection I want is some distance away.

Bought this computer for my mom who is a moderate computer user. She loves the touch screen capability and the computer is quick for basic use. This model is a much better value than the non touch screen cheaper version with only 2gb of ram. That computer took 20 seconds to load a page on the in store model. This model is definitely worth the extra money.

My computer knowledge is very limited. This replaced a 5 year old Dell, which had Windows 7, and the transition to Windows 10 on the H-P was easy, even for me. The keys are a little too flat, but it works fine.

My wife was looking for a laptop for school and to complete home work. It's not the fastest laptop out there but it has great features and my wife is able to complete homework on time. Love the touch screen.

I purchased this for my daughter who is in college and she loves it. SO much of her life technologically is touch she was able to transition to this laptop with no problems. It streams videos with ease and is working great!

I purchased my laptop about a month ago - I was very pleasantly surprised at how much easier it is to use Windows 10 than Windows 8! The computer works great, although the speakers can handle only moderate noise levels before they begin to make a buzzing sound. I rarely use the touchscreen but it's a fun toy to play with occasionally.

I like the computer, however enjoyed my old hp that did not have the 10-key pad and had a larger keyboard . Also wish the battery lasted longer. I was expecting at least 4 hours, but not getting that.

I just love this computer. I like how it's touch screen but you can also use the keyboard and mouse. It has Windows 10 and the processor runs really fast.

This laptop is light, fast, and full of room. I love the touch screen. It's easy to use. I'm in love. When my coworkers see it, they say they want it too. I love the keypad. It's soft and quiet, but has a good feel.

This laptop is under 5 pounds, so light enough that I can use it for travel and has enough memory and speed that I can use it as my primary computer.
