I purchase 2 of these - 1 for myself and the other for my teenager. Was pretty impressed with the overall laptop, speed, hard drive size for the price. Touch screen was a plus for my daughter - I'm going to have to get used to it - lol. Only thing I wish it has was a scroll feature on the mouse pad. But it works incredibly well.

Touch screen is great. I wish it was a little lighter. A great bargain. For me I like to go into the store and talk to the sales personnel, unlike the Market place where I had to return my purchase.

My needs are simple and so is the computer. I like the touch functions. Just discovered a quirk, doesn't really reboot with a shut down, need to restart to reboot. Intuitive to use other than that.

Love the unit and Windows 10 is so much better. The laptop is well built and does no run hot. My wife and I love.

Needed an inexpensive laptop for internet browsing and light office work. Works great so far. Windows 10 is really nice. Good value for the price.

This is my 1st lab top and I have been wanting one for a number of years. I was always hesitant due to the new ones coming out with better options. I received this a birthday gift and it is GREAT! The only disadvantage is that it has Window 10, which I'm not familiar with at all. I have done some of the tutorials but they are a little time consuming when you just want to pick up the PC and start using it. Every time I use it it has gotten easier. I'm sure within a month I will have it down. This was the Best Birthday Gift I could have wished for!

I bought this for my grandaughter to use for school assignments and it is a great laptop. The touch screen is another perk to an already nice little machine. I would recommend this to anyone.

My daughter loves her laptop and the touchscreen is nice. Had a problem with the first one we bought modem kept disconnecting even though all drivers where in stalled and updated and taken off and reinstalled and updated. But the second one works great.

This is only day 3 and we are working ok. I had to take my first one back and swap it out since the touchscreen stopped working. Geek Squad determined there was probably some drivers that had conflict with Windows 10 and some of the software I downloaded. This one is working just fine.

Was using a tower PC since 2008 w/windows XP. Expected this laptop notebook to be a lot faster, but it isn't, Slow to open progrms and to access web pages. The DVD slot "button" is flat and hard to find and push to open drawer, as i s the on button for latop itself. Other than those minor items and some Windows 10 incompatabiity issues with my programs and printers (I had to but new programs and one of best printers will not work w/windows 20) it is a good size, easy to carry,not heavy or cumbersome, screen images are really goos.. USB hub, wireless mouse and keyboard are all very good, although mouse freezes every so often.- all in all for the price a great value.

We bought this as a replacement for an old laptop that was dying. It has been easy to learn how to use. The touch screen is a nice feature.

Reasonable price for a nice quality laptop. If you want a laptop to just use it as a basic user dont spend more money just get this one.

This laptop is good for the work I will be doing on it. The touchscreen is very practical and makes working on it easier and more agreable.

This laptop has not proven to be the fastest performer but we did not expect it to be for the cost point. It has been solid in performance particularly for the cost. We've been pleased.

Great screen, good features and runs smoothly. For the price we got it at you can't beat this. There was an issue with a Windows update but that was on Microsoft not the computer. Besides that, this runs very smoothly, very light to for its size.
