I like this laptop, it's very fast. I am still getting used to Windows 10 though. It was very frustrating and confusing at first but am getting better at it.

I wanted a basic lap top computer and this fits the bill. It is not as lighting fast as I expected since my last computer was a 2009 with vista, I expected everything to be much faster. It is fast, but not significantly faster. Windows 10 is too new for a lot of applications. I had some trouble getting my printer drivers up and running. Overall, I am happy with the computer, a little less happy with the operating system, but I am sure given time it will be fine.

Does what we need it to do. Basic PC operations and great price. I haven't bought too many pc's over the past few years, but I couldn't pass on this laptop.

Got this as a gift due to a previous laptop breaking. It was for my elderly father and the ability to use touch screen or mouse is great. Very user friendly

I would recommend this computer as it is very user friendly and windows 10 is much easier to use.

I had my eye on this computer and another but this one def took the cake. It was a great price when i bought it and it is a wonderful laptop. I use it for my schoolwork (college) and it has been very dependable. If you w ant a great laptop that does alot then buy this one.

This laptop has allowed my son the opportunity to become more successful in college. He enjoys its touch screen features and utilizes it throughout the day.

It is a good computer for my meager computing needs, although I'm sure it could handle much more than I throw at it. Every time it is turned off or even goes to sleep I have to sign in to my WiFi network again, but I'm guessing it has more to do with one of the three anti-malware softwares that came pre-installed on the computer, or the fourth one that came from Best Buy when I bought the computer. In retrospect, I should have waited for the other anti-malware subscriptions to run out before installing the one Best Buy gave when I bought the computer. No conflicts so far.

Overal this works well in our environment. We needed something with a touch screen, had sufficient performance, and wasn't too expensive. This works well.

Love this HP Notebook. Had to get used to Explorer 10 and the touch screen. But love all the information you have access to on home screen from Amazon.com to Netflix!!!

I got this computer for my mom on her birthday and she loves it. He likes the touchscreen alot so he doesnt have to use the trackpad. Seem to run very well once I got everything set up for her. Hopefully that virus software keeps it going for her unlike her last one lol.

I love the touchscreen feature on this laptop makes operating and certain functions easier. Quick response time. Dvds play great and holds a charge well.

We bought this for my mothers in law for everyday use. She loves how fast it is and how easy it is to operate.

My dad bought this for work for word and excel. Setup was very easy and don't have any issues with the touch screen. Overall great laptop for the price.

Seems to work fine. Good for the price. I am a little disappointed in the battery life though. I use it for surfing the internet, email, bill paying etc.

Perfect laptop for me for the price. Core processor, touchscreen, and graphics were necessities. HP product recognition along with included software sealed the deal.

This laptop is quite fast and the touch screen capability is great for the price. I was also pleasantly surprised by the screen resolution and clarity.

Easy use with windows 10 and easy touch screen did have a problem with a virus only after 3 weeks after purchase

So far so good. Works well, speed is fine. One issue is light on caps lock is way to small, can't see it. The finger touch pad could be better defined.
