Was easy to set up. Battery life is around 3 hours. Screen clarity is average. The Intel i3 processer could be faster.

I was a bit skeptical initially. I was equating quality with price. Do not make that mistake. The build quality is tops and ease of use was important to me. This machine do not disappoint. I'm from the old school so I need a dvd drive . I no not like that there is no indication when the " nun lock " key is in or off. It also have a decent battery life. For the price it's a steal.

The laptop came with windows 10 which is better than windows 8. Still learning about the new things with Windows 10

I believe it could have been cheaper for the quality of the computer, I think the fact that it had touch screen features is the only reason they charged me as much as they did. I didn't even want the Touch Screen feature but I had a budget and Brand I wanted to stick too

I was surprised by the helpful staff when we entered the store. I stopped shopping Best Buy in the past because the salespeople would descend like locusts when you came in. No longer the case. They are now friendly, professional, knowledgeable and appear to really want to assist you. Our salesperson showed us different models and explained the pros & cons of each allowing us to make an informed decision. We actually enjoyed the experience and the computer we selected.

I needed a new laptop to replace the old one I had for five years which was literally falling apart. I went from a Windows 7 to a Windows 10 overnight and I love all the improved features compared to the old one.

This was purchased for being on the road in a construction atmosphere. I only needed it to do basic functions so I wasn't looking to blow the roof off with performance. The battery life has been good and there are no issues to report with this laptop yet. Solid buy.

This laptop exceeds my expectations! Much better than I expected! If I would upgrade anything, it would be the battery. The battery is standard, but the laptop itself is above standard! I would purchase it again!

The first one had problems...Best Buy replaced it (within the 14 day return period). Second one operates great.

After many years of using PCs & laptops, I approached this purchase with some reticence because of reported concerns regarding Windows 10, the operating system provided. Thankfully, I have not had ANY problems!

My son absolutely loves this computer because he can use it as a touchscreen or use the keyboard. We like the fact that it actually has a cd/dvd reader which most laptops don't have. Great price for the item.
