I bought this laptop for my wife's school work. Nice computer, but a little slow when updating. Seems like it updates every single time I turn it off and on. But for the most part it does the job it was intended once it finishes updating.

I have used this for online classes for about a month and I've had no issues so far.

This was a good purchase, and im enjoying it everyday thank you HP and Best buy.

I purchased a refurbished HP laptop. Five months later, my computer was hacked, needed a new hard drive, and the geek squad kept the computer for over 2 weeks. I met several customers with the same issue at the same time with the same exact HP laptop! This is where the real money making comes to play if you do not have a warranty on your device - you will be charged at least $150 just to purchase a thumb drive and back up the items on your laptop before any work begins on your device. When the device works, it's wonderful but it was too much of a coincidence to have the same model laptop run into hard drive issues for so many customers, at the same time.

Everything worked well except for the touch screen causes the cursor to skip around and scroll pages automatically. It also clicks on links randomly. Turning the feature off was the best solution. Best Buy was unable to solve the problem.
