Computer is an excellent, very happy with computer

We bought this for our son and he is very pleased.

Bought this one for my mom....they sell it with a free 6 months antivirus software: do not activate it, it's horrible . Not big fan of the operating system. But it's good for the price

Our laptop isn't even 3 years old yet and it's probably been slowing down for the past year! Finally, this past weekend, we received a "battery" error and now it won't even stay charged or stay on. This laptop start off great, touchscreen was nice, worked really well (except for the problem we had with Microsoft Edge and a virus that led to us having to cancel a credit card because of a scam on my wife). However, we've been fairly disappointed as of late.

A number of frustrating problems with the supposedly already loaded software, linking to internet. We had to exchange the computer for a second one. The Geek Squad was helpful.

It's ok, but I do have some problem with the computer like the CD tray for just keeps popping out and it won't shut down when I want it to , but overall it's a good computer.

This laptop gets the job done. It's not the zippiest and the case is plastic and feels fragile, but that's the way electronics have gone these days. Not bad for the price.

A little slower than other laptops in our home. Used for browsing and email. Works fine for this but not what I would recommend if you were going to do actual work.

I'm not sure about this computer, it does some really strange things. I may have to take it to Geek Squad to be checked out. It changes screens by itself randomly.

This computer is a little slower than I expected. The Beavercreek location is wrong in google maps. On another note, Geek squad experience was very good.

well I did like it and it worked till I upload photoshop and star lagging when editing pictures so it did not worked for me, good computer but not for me.

Works fine but the sound could be improved. Had to bring the laptop to the local Windows store & they ran some diagnostics & improved the sound quality

Decent for a cheap laptop. But plastic casing feels really weak. But you need to have a good WIFI router for it to have a stable WIFI connection.

I'm recently retired and it handles what I need to do. A bit slower than my old work computer, but then again, that computer was a lot more expensive.

Low cost HP laptop. Ok for web-surfing. Processor is a little slow. For more than basic computing a faster processor and more RAM memory is advisable.

Usually I don't write reviews but for this particular one i have to. We haven't opened the laptop box yet coz it was the gift but for some reason couldn't able to send it so we went back to return to best buy but they refused to take it as it was more than a month and refused to give store credit either. As per them, they don't keep it in store so we have to bear the cost.

This is great basic computer. Easy to use. I prefer smaller screen size.

Computer is not high end but I knew that prior to purchase. Though, it is more than adequate for midd/high school work. Serves its purpose well.
