Needed a laptop for business in a pinch. Not entirely happy with it a few months later, seems to be incredibly slow.

also bought a printer at same time-still offline....Tried to seek help on line but with no success. This whole system annoys me ALOT!!!!!!

Bought it for my daughter for Christmas, but I really don't know how she likes it because I haven't heard from her since I gave it to her.

Laptop makes a lot of noise while booting up. Got hard disk errors couple of times but all ok now. HP support desk is not the best.

Wasn't expecting anything spectacular considering the price so pretty much got what I expected. It's ok if for light to medium use.

Very cost effective laptop. Works great. Sent back home to a student. Great for the price.

Seems to randomly run slow at times. Had to call for tech support early on to get something to show up on some of the screens.

I abused this guy though bad power cycles and leaving in the heat made it a poor performance machine.

It's a cheaper laptop so I want to say you get what you pay for, but in this case, I got definitely less than what I paid for. Very slow. Battery drains quickly. I expected more from HP even at this price range. Quality consistent with no name brand material.

Computer is deathly slow even after updates. Takes 20 minutes to boot up, then every screen freezes. It took two days to get through the initial updates. When I tried to power down the computer, It ran for six hours with the spinning icon and screen on and did not shut down correctly. I had to push the power off button to manually power the machine down the next morning. I purchased this computer in December and sadly Best Buy does not honor a 90 day return policy. I just want to return the computer and get one that actually works, but I was told that it is not returnable and all they could do is advise me to contact the manufacturer. I am very disappointed with this experience and I will definitely rethink future purchases from Best Buy based on their lack of support (unless you are a premier customer???) and general unwillingness to help me resolve this issue.

Already in shop for repairs, received light shock, and lost all operation. A mobile device should be better than that.

It's a nice laptop, but have to use it plugged in. Does not hold a charge.

Not.my favorite laptop. Very slow to boot up and not smooth either. Price was not bad but needs more umph.

It needs more memory... It is really slow could use more memory. Don't understand why you put bear minimum.

Battery life is terrible. Very disappointed. Wonder if a bad battery?

As expected for the price. Curser buttons require extra force to operate. A bit slower than I expected.

Terrible mouse and keyboard gotta press the letters multiple times to squeeze out some of the letters

Got this as old laptop was slow...OK for the price but the screen can be iffy with the touch controls
