Not what I expected very slow on start up and running programs spent more time waiting than working.

It did not do what i was expecting it to do, kind of slow speed when you open more than one window

Bought this laptop for browsing and learning as a secondary laptop and found useful for its price.

Laptop is good and steady.. but it stucks and freezes at times... for which you need to restart..

Picture and print gets too small for me to read, Trouble synchronizing with aol mail account .

Touchpad slow and inaccurate in responsiveness, otherwise will do the trick only as a spare.

On paper it looks like a steal. But after using it for fourth five days I ended up returning it to the store and bought a more powerful dell laptop. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately it was painfully slow and started locking up randomly before I returned it to the store. Luckily I was an elite plus member and was able to return it.

Laptop only had 30 day virus protection. No way that I can see to install 6 month protection

Needed something a little more advanced.Nice computer for beginner and reasonably priced.

thought it would be quicker with a quad core processor but all in all not a bad computer

After three weeks of using this computer I realize I made a mistake in the purchase. It's starting to slow down already and has also locked up. The monitor is horrendous. If your sitting off center or it's not opened at the best angle, it will start pixelating and get dark. I made the mistake of going too budget oriented.

The first one I purchased would not power up. I did everything I read on the intranet but nothing worked. The second one died after one night of use!! Upon returning the second one the clerk asked me "what were you doing with it?" In a very rude tone. I won't be back.

Slow starting and take a bit longer that my old Toshiba to open documents or folders.

Not a bad laptop but the keypad pointer very touchy and at times frustrating to use

I found this annoyingly slow. I bought a new computer that was similar to my old one because my old one was slowing down and this is WORSE! Will be returning ASAP. The majority of good reviews on here actually baffle me. I would not waste my money. Cheap computer, price is for touch screen only. Don't waste your money.

Purchased this for my 10 year old son for Christmas. So far it is a great product.

Great laptop for everyday use. I use it to surf the internet and typing papers.

it works well everywhere in the house. i like to take it with me wherever i go.

This computer only lasted 3weeks I did get a refund bought another computer
