Good product hope it doesn't do what my last one did and die

I purchase at least 5 laptops per year for extended family. This HP laptop has to be the slowest and poorest screen resolution of any laptop I have used in the last 3 years. From a cold boot it takes approx. 6 minutes to boot up to where I can use Microsoft Office. The screen resolution is very poor, the Lenovo ideapad 100 with Celeron processor Best Buy sold for $199.00 performs much quicker and far better resolution than this i3 HP with identical software and boot items installed. The screen is sort of white on left side and then transforms to a dull amber color on the right side. The colors are very dull compared to the entry level Lenovo ideapad 110. I have reset this HP to out of box state 3 times with the same results. Save your money for a different product.

I purchased this Laptop after reading some of the reviews, most reviews are not accurate. This laptop is too cheap made of plastic. It does not convert into a tablet, as soon as I opened the box went to the store and returned it for something better a little more expensive.

Needed to call Hp and it Toke half the day to get fixed.

I have had a number of HP products in the past and have been pretty happy with them, this laptop however is not worth the money. I found it to be slow, clumsy and not too responsive. It might be good for a very beginner on the computer but not for any serious user

We got this HP as a second choice Laptop for my youngest's birthday. I had read many of the reviews giving it a glowing report, but sadly this PC does not live up to expectation. From the onset we were disappointed, the build quality is very poor and plastically, then we turned it on and it took an age to boot and set up. It seemed to struggle to do more than one action at a time and we could not get it to stay connected to anything on the internet. I took it to Geek Squad to check that everything was set up ok and there were no problems, got it back home and was slow and cumbersome again. Returned it to Best Buy and got our money back. Just got the Acer we wanted originally as a replacement, 1000% better than the HP.

This laptop would have been great if it didnt freeze up right out of the box. I thought maybe I had just gotten a bad one and exchanged it but the second one did the same thing. I loved it and needed it but I had to return it.

This c9mputer did everything we needed it to at first. It lasted about a month then it turned itself off and wouldn't come back on. . Already had to send it to HP to have it fixed. Still waiting for them to return it.

This laptop felt bulky, the keys were not back lit so typing in the dark was a pain. And also the thing crashed on me within 2 days. I promptly returned it in exchange for a Chromebook which I love

This is a nice looking laptop- however, it became apparent that it was too slow( i3) and it would be frustrating to use it. So, I returned it and got an i5 for just a slight increase in monies.

This laptop was sold to me by accident. I asked for the amd a10 version, but they gave me the i3 instead. The amd is 50 bucks cheaper, and much faster. I quickly exchanged it for the one I wanted.

I've always liked HP. I had an HP Pavillon for 7 years and it always worked very well. That's why I got this HP laptop but unfortunately this particular laptop was horrible when trying to download and install software. At first I thought it was my internet connection but after testing it in different locations I realized it was the laptop. Anyways another issue I had is that it would freeze when restarting! Happened a few times. NOT GOOD! After waiting for 30 min for the machine to restart I just forced it to shut down. Ridiculous!! I just returned it!

I purchased this laptop last January 1, 2017 and the motherboard stopped working the other day. When I took it to the computer repair shop, I was informed that I would be better off getting another laptop than pay for a new motherboard (it's extremely pricey and wouldn't be worth it)! I'm so disappointed and unhappy because I had this computer for LESS than two years. According to the employee at the repair shop, this type of issues is common for HP laptops!!!

I purchased this computer to reduce my business income. I recently bought two other laptops. This one is rarely used. I like the size of the hard drive.
