Bought this assuming its a great deal but when I started sung it, found that the screen is wobbling after 30 min and I returned the product to Best buy on the next day Even after 30 days, I have not received my money back from Best buy... every time, I call the team says, we are working on the refund and you would receive it in a week or so. No concrete answer and no responsibility on customers money. This would be my last purchase

This laptop worked fine. However, the material and construction were very flimsy and I didn't think it would last long. I returned it.

THey refer to this as a laptop well it is not a laptop it is a notebook that has no trade in value even at BEST BUY.

not enough speed compared to what was presented. I go to school online and WiFi doesn't pick up good and while system freezes up

most was good on the laptop, nice graphics and all but the computer was absolutely too slow. Had to get something faster

I don't like the product. I'm sick and tired of all the hp windows that constantly pop up. Wish I could send it back.

One review said that the computer keyboard was back lit. It wasn't and that was the most important feature for me.

This is the worst laptop i ever bought in my career. It crashed the next day after the warranty period ended and i lost some important data in it. Are the companies making/selling products to crash automatically after the warranty period with an intention? I will never buy HP laptops again.

This laptop is very slow. We had it looked at but unless we upgrade nothing can be done. Not satisfied at all.

I ordered this computer because the last HP I had was wonderful. This one is horrible. The mouse pad has to be touched in just the right spot to work. Finding that spot is virtually impossible and extremely frustrating. It's extremely slow. I got so tired of waiting on it to do the least little task that I went back to my old computer and returned this one.

I didn't need a high end super speed computer with tons of storage and decided to go with what I though was a good value for what I was receiving. As it turned out this computer would just lock up when I tried to install iTunes. After my 6th hard reset during the installation process I opted to just return it to the store and try a different option

Needless to say, when I purchased this item, I thought it would last as long as the model before it. After two days it got SLOW with blue screens and restarts. Eventually it came up for em to restore or repair the system and told me half way through destination drive is unavailable. When it ran, it ran great, but two days ?? Buy a Mac instead.

I had a problem with my computer and had to wait in line for 30 minutes. I had just bought it. I updated the antivirus that BESTBUY gives free and it gave me an error. I talked to the technical support in Bestbuy and told me that the computer did not have a warranty anymore. So know I now that computers I wont buy there. I had to fix it myself.

Purchased this HP because I had an HP before and was very pleased with it. This one was horrible or maybe I got a lemon. It was extremely slow; some things wouldn't open at all. Cortana didn't work b/c she couldn't connect to the internet. The mouse pad had to be touched in just the perfect spot to function. I took it back to the store.

mysterious boot record error. I'm in IT so im not taking this to someone. but i've googled the heck out of this problem and nothing seems to fix it. Geek squad you're more than welcome to call me out if this is BS. but this laptop is BS

The battery does not stayed charged more than 2 hr

The battery goes dead within 30 minutes to an hour

I would not recommend buying laptops on any deals unless you are sure of the specs.

So this computer is ok just that you have to wait a while for it to turn on
