Computer was freezing when trying to complete each task such as installing anti virus. Do yourself a favor and buy i5 processor even just for simple computer use.

This laptop is not user friendly and very slow... not impressed st all

I ended up returning this computer. The camera did not work so I was unable to use it to teach online. It would not stay connected to the internet (wifi) even when I was right beside the router. I had to return it because I could not teach if I could not stay connected to the internet.

I am doing this review on my cell. I think that sums it up... I purchased it for storing a few pics which I never uploaded because it locks up on the most basic online activities.

i bought this last Christmas and screen cracked all the way.

within 2 weeks of purchase I had Malware on the new computer!!!

Not really working. 2nd time trying to log in. Takes about 30 to get to windows screen. I'm returning it today. I wanted to like it. I've never had good results with HP products. I have all Asus and Lenovo stuff at home. I'll return andpay a little extra for reliability.

I traded my 2013 mac book pro in fir this piece of garbage because the sells person told me "it runs better." What a very sad and weak purchase I made! The Best Buy in Hurst, Texas is very sad and needs help!!! I would take it back, but they wouldn't take it back. Sad.

disgusting & unpleasant sound is coming from inside

I thought this would be fine for as little as I use it but every time I turn it on, I want to throw it out. The system boots up very slow and connects to the internet very slow, at least 8 minutes. If you have the patience and the time, maybe okay for you..

I ordered this laptop online from bestbuy.com. I had it for about a week before it stopped working. I went to do an update and the laptop never turned back on after that. I returned it to the store for a Dell with all the same specs and I'm glad I did.

I used to have another device with core i3 and 4 g ram n its faster than this brand new one even after 1 day of usage and 1 app installed it took 6 hrs to be reset to the factory settings Btw i fefunded this device and got another faster one

Just letting you know I just tried to turn the computer on and it will not turn on It's bad weather tonight so I cannot bring it to Best Buy and tell maybe tomorrow if the weather gets better Not exactly sure what's wrong with it

I got this PC on sale for $299.99 but even at $369.99 you can't go wrong. I am not a computer expert but I do my research and know what I need. I will be using this PC for school and even some gaming. On high performance mode I am able to run Overwatch on Medium settings with bumped up anti aliasing, and while it isn't anything like running on ultra or epic, it runs smooth without any framerate issues and is very enjoyable for what I paid. I will say that as other reviewers have said, the thing is a fingerprint magnet, which I don't mind, and the touch pad is pretty bad but I always use a wireless mouse so this doesn't detract from my experience. The touch screen works very well and is quite responsive. The battery life goes quick when gaming with the battery in high performance mode but I expect that, and it seems to hold well when using balanced mode. Windows 10 is awesome, a big upgrade from 8. Overall, if you are in the market for a budget price laptop that can handle any amount of everyday tasks like Web browsing and running office programs, as well as playing games like overwatch in medium quality settings, this is a great deal...and you also get the pluses of the SD card reader and cd/dvd reader/burner. If you are looking for a mean gaming machine for GTA 5 or the latest COD, well frankly you're being unrealistic at this price point. Thanks HP for an excellent laptop!

Don,t buy it. It’s not worth it. This latest failure was due to an HP upgrade. You never know when it will crash. Save up for a Mac. They don’t fail. Do yourself a favor: save your money; you’ll be happy you did.

Don't buy it, never worked, went through 2 before we gave up. Huge waste of time and money. Getting my money back is frustrating, got "credit" back to my debit card, but the money hasn't shown up and it is 10 days later.
